Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase -- for any reason -- we will gladly accept returns. Only item(s) you return to us within 30 days of the purchase date will be considered for a refund. Please secure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.

Online purchases returned within 30 days to our Returns Center by mail will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item.

Returned Items must be returned, in new condition, and in its original packaging, with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.

You can easily request a return from the RosemaryNorlelo storefront. If you are a registered user, after logging in, simply navigate to the Order History page and click the Start a Return button displayed next to all orders eligible for Return.
If you haven't registered yet, you still can find your order and request a return online using our Find Your Order Search.
Select the item(s), return reason and quantity you wish to return and submit your request. We can even provide you with a return shipping label!

We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error.

RosemaryNorlelo reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.

Gift wrapping charges are not refundable.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You'll then receive your money back take 5-15 working day.

How to Return a RosemaryNorlelo Store Item
Verify that your item(s) meet our Return Policy.

Request a Return Authorization Number:

As a registered user via your account and click the Start a Return button displayed next to all orders eligible for Return. Select the item(s), return reason and quantity you wish to return and submit your request

As a guest user, using our Find Your Order Search. You will need to enter the order number, email address and zip code used to place the order. Not only can you view all the same order details as a registered RosemaryNorlelo user, but our Return Request functionality will display for any eligible order and items in case you need to return an item for any reason.

Call 1-800-969-4207 to request a return authorization number. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm ET.

Securely package the item(s) for return.

Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
